Accountabilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships from onboarding through ongoing strategy execution and optimization.
    • Lead client meetings, status updates, reporting sessions, and strategic discussions to maintain alignment and build long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing specialists to coordinate campaigns, ensure deliverables stay on track, and align execution with client goals and KPIs.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that support business growth.
    • Translate complex digital marketing concepts, including SEO and PPC performance metrics, into clear insights and business value for clients.
    • Monitor client satisfaction, retention metrics, and overall account health while proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
    • Manage project timelines, priorities, and communication across multiple teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
    • Support continuous improvement by documenting processes, sharing insights, and contributing to stronger client success practices.
    • Requirements

      • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, customer success, or another client-facing role.
      • At least 1 year of experience working within a digital marketing agency environment.
      • Strong understanding of SEO and paid media (PPC) fundamentals.
      • Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager.
      • Ability to independently analyze performance reports, interpret KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations.
      • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or similar tools.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment.
      • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a reliable remote workspace and strong time management abilities.
      • Experience working with home services clients or industries such as HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, or related sectors is considered an advantage.
      • Creativity in process documentation, storytelling, and client communication is a plus.
