Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end transformation, integration, and corporate development workstreams, owning scope, governance, resourcing, timelines, and measurable value delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives within a PE-backed environment.
- Oversee synergy tracking, headcount alignment, and financial reconciliation processes, ensuring data integrity across HR and finance systems while identifying and resolving discrepancies that impact value realization.
- Drive merger integration execution, including TSA management, KPI tracking, and stage-gate governance, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic and financial targets.
- Build and own advanced financial models, valuation frameworks, and business cases to support executive decision-making, forecasting, and synergy realization tracking.
- Develop and deliver executive-level materials for Board, Steering Committee, and ELT discussions, translating complex analysis into clear strategic narratives and recommendations.
- Lead corporate development activities including target screening, diligence support, synergy modeling, and integration planning (Day 1 / Day 100 readiness).
- Oversee operating cadence and performance reporting across business lines, identifying risks, value leakage, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Lead and mentor direct reports and cross-functional teams, fostering analytical rigor, accountability, and strong execution discipline across all workstreams.
- 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, transformation, or program/project management roles
- Proven experience in M&A integration, post-merger synergy capture, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including multi-scenario modeling and valuation work
- Experience in PE-backed organizations, Integration Management Offices (IMO), or Value Creation Offices (VCO) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting or BI tools
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong leadership presence, problem-solving ability, and execution-oriented mindset
