Reporting to the Head of People, you are responsible for designing and executing a sophisticated recruiting strategy that balances high-volume frontline hiring for our depots with complex international scaling. This role requires a hands-on visionary leader who is equally comfortable deep-diving into AI-driven automation and leading high-touch, executive-level searches with poise and presence.You will be joining an extremely fast-paced, hard-working team that is genuinely excited about the future of what we are building.
