Accountabilities

    • Own and optimize email and direct mail marketing programs, which serve as primary acquisition channels, with a focus on improving enrollment performance and engagement.
    • Develop segmentation strategies, personalization frameworks, and lifecycle marketing flows to increase conversion rates across member journeys.
    • Design, execute, and analyze structured experiments, including hypothesis development, baseline establishment, KPI definition, and performance evaluation.
    • Continuously test and refine creative, messaging, sequencing, and format variations across both email and direct mail campaigns.
    • Integrate offline and online marketing channels into cohesive, data-driven member acquisition journeys across email, SMS, and direct mail touchpoints.
    • Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-off points, generate insights, and implement targeted optimization strategies.
    • Monitor campaign and funnel performance on a daily and weekly basis, proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct user and member research to better understand motivations, behaviors, and enrollment drivers, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Partner with employer and health plan clients to support enrollment success, including communications, enablement materials, and performance reporting.
    • Present insights, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidence.
    • Maintain organization of marketing operations workflows and campaign tracking systems to ensure smooth execution.
    • Requirements

      • 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing with deep ownership of email and/or direct mail channels.
      • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and campaign performance through segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
      • Strong understanding of funnel analytics, customer lifecycle marketing, and growth experimentation frameworks.
      • Experience designing and executing A/B tests and structured marketing experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
      • Ability to translate data insights into creative strategy, messaging, and campaign execution.
      • Strong analytical skills with comfort working across marketing performance data and funnel metrics.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal leadership and external clients.
      • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in fast-paced environments.
      • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and balance speed with quality in execution.
      • Experience in digital health, B2B2C models, or employer-sponsored benefits ecosystems is a strong plus.
      • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools is an advantage.
