This role plays a critical part in deploying and maintaining advanced water treatment systems designed to remove PFAS and other emerging contaminants.

Accountabilities:

    • Install and commission water treatment and filtration systems, including GAC/media systems, ductile iron piping, and stainless steel piping, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and site requirements.
    • Interpret and execute mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to support accurate system builds and installations.
    • Conduct field troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades on existing systems while ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.
    • Coordinate with internal operations and engineering teams to plan installations, resolve technical challenges, and optimize field execution.
    • Maintain accurate job records, updates, and progress reports within ERP systems and communicate status updates to management.
    • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards in all field environments.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience in mechanical field service work, including pipe fitting (2–16 inches), rigging, crane operations, and general mechanical systems.
      • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, mechanical layouts, and installation specifications.
      • Hands-on experience with hand and power tools, as well as familiarity with machining and industrial equipment.
      • Willingness and ability to travel up to 95% across United States for field assignments.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
      • Experience in water treatment, filtration systems, or related environmental infrastructure is highly preferred.
      • Certifications such as CDL, HAZWOPER (40-hour), and Hazmat endorsement are considered a plus.
