You will be encouraged to cultivate a development mindset, driving the creation of innovative software solutions that address real-world problems and shape the future.  What the role offers: As a Lead Software Developer, you will: Provide strong leadership for the team, wielding technical and business influence beyond team boundaries.Drive multi-team initiatives spanning diverse domains, consistently delivering value that extends beyond the immediate team.Quickly grasp the business context to enhance client value significantly.Make timely decisions, prioritizing client trust over expediency, and leverage input to determine optimal technical solutions.Identify and course-correct when the current path does not meaningfully serve client needs, playing a key role in setting longer-term business strategy.Lead in setting the quality standards for the team's technical work, from code to software designs, while raising the skill level of less experienced team members.Possess 8-12 years of previous professional experience.  What you need to Succeed: Frontend: HTML, JavaScriptFrontend frameworks: React, Angular, Backbone, Vue, jQueryBackend: Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby,Programming languages: C++; C#Databases – SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and NoSQLCloud-Based Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, SaaS and PaaSCI/CD: GitLab; Jenkins; Kubernetes  One last thing: OpenText is more than a corporation—it’s a global community built on trust, character, and purpose.
