This role will be part of Marketing Operations, and work closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Regional Marketing teams to build and deploy campaigns while ensuring operational excellence and scalability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce CRM, and modern AI-driven approaches used in email marketing operations and campaign management. Marketo Certification is Mandatory. Build, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and operational workflows within MarketoConfigure and QA emails, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, segmentation, and audience targetingSupport end-to-end campaign execution including scheduling, testing, approvals,and deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Content, Digital Marketing, and Sales OperationsEnsure data accuracy, campaign hygiene, and compliance with marketing and privacy standards Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, sync errors, and operational workflowsSupport Salesforce CRM integration processes including lead flow, campaign attribution, and sync managementLeverage AI tools and capabilities to improve campaign operations, email personalization, content optimization, audience segmentation, and operational efficiencyIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive campaign tasks and streamline marketing workflows using AI-enabled solutionsMaintain campaign documentation, operational processes, and best practicesQualifications6–8 years of hands-on experience with Marketo for campaign execution and marketing operationsWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRMUnderstanding of email marketing best practices, lead lifecycle processes, and campaign operationsFamiliarity with AI tools and their application in email marketing and marketing operations workflowsExperience with audience segmentation, email testing, and campaign QAStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationAt Freshworks, we have fostered an environment that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion, welcoming colleagues of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and ethnicities.
