Quality Lab Technician - Food Manufacturing
Role responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Lab Technician is responsible for evaluating and analyzing raw materials, products, processes, and facilities to ensure quality standards are met. This includes monitoring production equipment sanitation and performing audits on Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 3 to 6 months of related experience in a food manufacturing laboratory. Skills in mathematical calculations, effective communication, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAP are also required.
