Accountabilities:
- Gather business and technical requirements to design and implement software solutions.
- Develop, document, and maintain scalable back-end applications using .NET technologies.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements while following development best practices.
- Manage assigned tasks independently, prioritizing deliverables and maintaining project timelines.
- Proactively identify issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Design and maintain APIs and system integrations to support enterprise applications.
- Contribute to software quality through testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or a related field (minimum 360-hour program).
- Professional experience developing applications with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and non-relational database modeling, including advanced SQL development.
- Knowledge of layered architectures such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, and multi-tenant application design.
- Experience with REST APIs, messaging solutions, Service Bus, Event Hub, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), refactoring, and Continuous Delivery.
- Experience with SQL Server, cloud-managed databases, Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET, and Dapper.
- Experience working with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Azure services, including API Management, Event Hub, Service Bus, Key Vault, AKS, Application Insights, Storage Accounts, App Services, and Logic Apps.
- Experience using Git and ClearCase for source code version control.
- Strong understanding of API design principles.
