Join a fast-paced Cash Operations team supporting international payments testing and control excellence to deliver reliable, client-ready processing outcomes.


As a Margin & Collateral Specialist within Cash Operations – Payments Processing, you will support day-to-day client activities for the payments processing function while ensuring timely, accurate delivery of outputs to clients and stakeholders. You will strengthen the control environment by monitoring risks, escalating issues early, and maintaining compliance with JPMorganChase & Co. policies and applicable local regulatory requirements. You will also drive continuous improvement through partnership with peer processing teams and by leveraging technology, automation, and system enhancements.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Strengthen and monitor the control environment across the payments testing and processing workflow.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and issued to clients in line with agreed timetables and checklists.
  • Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and clients on pending requests and potential downstream impacts.
  • Respond to client services and internal queries promptly, ensuring items are logged, tracked, and resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Identify issues, risks, and breaks early, and escalate service-impacting challenges in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures by standardizing best practices and partnering with other transaction processing teams.
  • Leverage technology via system enhancements, automation, and participation in new projects to improve control, throughput, and quality.

 

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities :

  • Experience supporting international payment processing operations and related testing/processing workflows
  • Advanced automation capability using Excel macros/VBA and strong PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and clients through pending requests and impacts
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities :

  • Working knowledge of SWIFT messaging and international payment conventions and practices
  • Hands-on experience with QTP and/or other testing/automation or scripting tools used in operational testing environments
  • Supervisory experience in back-office operations within a foreign bank, processing arm, private sector bank, or public sector bank
  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable cost saves, control enhancements, or operational risk reductions in payments operations
