As a D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative Microsoft Business Applications solutions that help clients optimize their business operations. Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solution designs.
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Fx, C# plugins, JavaScript, and Dual Write.
    • Support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse environments by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering timely resolutions.
    • Build, manage, and deploy integrations and data migration solutions while ensuring solution quality and reliability.
    • Lead smaller client projects, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate and delegate development activities to distributed development teams while maintaining quality standards.
    • Monitor support requests, prioritize technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout project lifecycles.
    • Follow established development methodologies and best practices while continuously improving technical knowledge and delivery capabilities.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.
      • At least 3 years of experience building C# plugins and JavaScript customizations for Dataverse applications.
      • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dual Write.
      • Proven experience developing custom Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Dataverse.
      • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills across software, infrastructure, and integrations.
      • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong planning, organization, and customer relationship management abilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
      • Fluent English communication skills.
      • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-100, consulting experience, Field Service or Project Operations knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step Methodology are considered strong advantages.
