As a Lead IT Engineer – Analytics, Data & AI, you will be part of the IT Business Partnership organization, responsible for driving the strategy, architecture, implementation, and continuous evolution of Intelligrated’s Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
This role requires a highly skilled technical leader capable of partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams to transform data into actionable business intelligence and predictive insights.
You will report directly to the IT Sr. Manager for Finance and PCO and work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data engineers, application teams, and external partners to build a modern analytics ecosystem that supports business growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.
Your contributions will directly impact financial performance, project profitability, forecasting accuracy, executive visibility, operational efficiency, and future AI adoption across the enterprise.
Lead enterprise Analytics, BI, Data Architecture, and AI initiatives, including reporting, data integration, data modeling, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable analytics and data solutions
- Define KPI frameworks and enable data-driven decision-making
- Design and implement modern data architectures and integration strategies
- Drive AI, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics initiatives
- Govern analytics platforms, data quality, and enterprise data models
- Deliver executive dashboards and analytics solutions (financial, operational, and project-based)
- Develop forecasting models and AI-driven decision tools
- Conduct solution design, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Support testing, deployment, and vendor evaluations
- Maintain documentation (data models, governance, architectures, and technical specs)
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, Data, Engineering, etc.)
- 8+ years in Analytics / BI / Data Engineering
- 5+ years leading analytics initiatives
- Experience with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or PM
- Strong experience in: Data modeling, data architecture and advanced SQL
- Knowledge of: ETL / data integration, Data warehousing and Data governance
- Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle EBS, OneStream / Hyperion
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau
