How you create impact

Financial Strategic Support & Planning

Perform and lead regular business reviews, including follow-ups and corrective actions ensuring issues are addressed to stakeholders.
Monitor business performance to identify proactive measures that enhance profitability and productivity while mitigating risks and balancing commercial and business acumen within the financial framework.
Evaluate the economic viability of all locations and develop efficiency measures.
Coordinate and support forecast and target-setting processes.
Provide analytical support for financial planning and performance improvement initiatives while managing complex interactions to create clear resolutions.
Develop restructuring proposals, cost-saving initiatives, and drive standardization.

Financial Analysis & Controlling

Conduct Customer Profitability Analysis department-level financial visibility to drive performance-based decision-making.
Control operational procedures and areas impacting cost and profitability.
Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports for the Business/Functional Units
Establish regular reporting aligned BU/FU targets using corporate data tools and monitor KPIs.

Project Management

Drive the Business Investment Applications (BIA) process, challenge the status quo, and perform project controlling to evaluate resource input vs. benefit.
Coordinate Investment Applications and support acquisitions projects (Due Diligence, Request for Acquisition) and ensure compliance.

Compliance & Risk Management

Enforce and maintain compliance to corporate policies, guidelines and procedures including ICS standards.
Ensure effective forex management to minimize negative P&L exposure.
Develop and maintain risk management systems, follow up on billing, deferrals, and accrual accuracy.

What we would like you to bring

Fluent in both English and Korean
Professional finance qualification or significant experience in finance within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of country-level financial regulations and compliance requirements
Demonstrated commercial acumen with knowledge of the logistics or supply chain industry
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and project management
Ability to manage stakeholders and effectively partner with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
High level of accountability, resilience, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
