What You Will Do *
- Strong knowledge about US Payroll. Good Payroll experience / familiarity with ADP Global View and ADP EV5 Payroll systems.
- Excellent understanding of Payroll data , Payroll Processing Methodology , system integrations, and implementation best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Interpret business requirements, analyze complex issues, and recommend effective, scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications, design documents, and implementation artifacts.
- Work independently to resolve complex problems while providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide post-implementation and production support to business units during project deployments and system enhancements.
- Support project implementation activities, including go-live planning, end-to-end (E2E) testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and disaster recovery planning.
- Partner with external vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure successful project execution, production readiness, and ongoing operational support.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reporting, and reconciliation to support business decision-making and operational accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary liaison between Payroll Operations, Digital Technology (DT), and other cross-functional teams.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of USA Payroll operational experience on ADP Global View (mandatory) and Ev5 (optional, but good to have) Payroll system.
- Familiar with USA Payroll key concepts of taxation, garnishments, 401K, FSA, FLSA, claims/overpayments processing, arrears processing, W-2 and other statutory reporting.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.
- Strong Time management and self-motivation skills.
- Self starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker.
- Experience with large projects especially implementations.
- Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.
Education:
- BS, BA, B Tech or BE Degree in a technical program required
- Advanced Degree is a plus.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
