Accountabilities:
- Review immigration applications, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and other USCIS post-submission requests to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Evaluate legal strategies prepared by paralegals and provide guidance or revisions before submission.
- Review cover letters, supporting evidence, and final case packets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify necessary edits, communicate feedback clearly to team members, and track updates through completion.
- Conduct legal research on immigration law topics to support case strategies and strengthen filings.
- Manage daily case review objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, documentation practices, and overall case outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and apply legal requirements consistently.
- Interest in immigration law and commitment to supporting individuals and families seeking legal status and stability.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and document review skills.
- Experience with case management software is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with legal and operational teams.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $65,000–$69,750 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.
- Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
