Overview

Job Summary Senior Associate – Global Mobility Location: Bangalore  Job ResponsibilitySupporting a centralized Global Mobility Operations team, delivering operational excellence across multiple global mobility processes. You will be responsible for managing operational activities across the employee mobility lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Global Mobility teams across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be a proactive operations professional with strong ownership, operational judgement, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to independently manage multiple Global Mobility processes, prioritize competing deliverables, drive continuous process improvements, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage end-to-end Global Mobility operational activities across immigration, business traveller compliance, work authorization support, mobility tax operations, remote work compliance and employee mobility programs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Manage mobility cases throughout the employee lifecycle, including case initiation, document validation, case tracking, compliance reviews, stakeholder communication, reporting. • Coordinate with immigration providers, tax advisors, HR, Finance and Regional Global Mobility teams to ensure timely delivery of services. • Manage centralized mailboxes, respond to stakeholder queries, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution or escalation of operational issues. • Review and validate vendor invoices, compensation summaries, taxable benefits (TFB), mobility payroll inputs, billing reports and operational reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to internal controls. • Maintain Global Mobility databases, operational dashboards, trackers, management reporting, and analytics to support business decisions and service delivery. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned processes by providing guidance, supporting knowledge transfer, driving cross-training initiatives, and ensuring business continuity. • Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables by proactively managing priorities, mitigating risks, resolving issues independently, and consistently meeting agreed service levels. • Monitor operational metrics, identify trends, recommend corrective actions and drive continuous improvements, process standardization, automation opportunities and operational efficiencies. • Participate in Global Mobility projects, process transitions, testing activities, system enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Experience supporting global immigration, mobility tax, remote work compliance and employee mobility programs. • Experience working with professional tax providers, immigration law firms or Big 4 Global Mobility teams would be an advantage. • Strong employee communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently manage sensitive or complex situations. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis, and exposure to Power Query is advantageous. • Experience working with Global Mobility case management tools, operational trackers, dashboards and reporting tools. • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, execution discipline, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of experience in Global Mobility, Mobility Tax or related operational functions.
