Accountabilities:
- Own the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, change management, and delivery controls.
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements involving ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and digital transformation solutions.
- Establish clear project structures, ownership models, communication plans, decision frameworks, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets ranging from $2M to $10M+, including forecasting, financial tracking, margin protection, and corrective actions.
- Drive risk and issue management by identifying challenges early, creating mitigation strategies, and escalating when necessary.
- Apply structured delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, hybrid approaches, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery, architecture, technical, functional, offshore, PMO, and client groups.
- Lead executive reporting, steering committees, project health reviews, and decision-making processes.
- Manage scope changes, prepare estimates, and support commercial discussions through structured change management.
- Coach teams, improve delivery practices, resolve conflicts, and promote accountability across project teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing delivery frameworks, tools, templates, and operational practices.
- 10+ years of professional services project management experience, preferably within consulting delivery environments.
- Proven experience leading ERP, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, cloud, or enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong experience managing multi-workstream projects involving onshore, offshore, client, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large project budgets, financial forecasts, margin analysis, and delivery performance.
- Experience with project controls, including schedule management, baseline tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and corrective action planning.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, CPM, and hybrid models.
- Experience leading teams of 20+ consultants across multiple locations and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executives, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and customers.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client outcomes, delivery risks, and commercial objectives.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive decisions in fast-moving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification preferred, along with certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
- Advanced experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and project delivery platforms.
- Experience with executive governance, KPI-driven delivery management, and digital transformation programs.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $150,000 - $180,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
