Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver scalable implementation and enablement programs that help customers quickly achieve value from their core use cases.
- Develop deep expertise across the product ecosystem and serve as a trusted advisor for customers exploring both foundational and advanced capabilities.
- Review customer configurations, workflows, and setups to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create adoption strategies, playbooks, and resources that can be applied across a large customer portfolio rather than individual accounts.
- Track adoption metrics and collaborate with operations teams to improve reporting, identify trends, and develop data-driven initiatives.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to deliver targeted adoption campaigns, workshops, webinars, and enablement programs.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders across customer experience, product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to align adoption efforts.
- Support regional and global initiatives that improve customer outcomes and business performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate, scale, and improve adoption processes using emerging technologies and AI tools.
- 6+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, technical account management, customer enablement, or similar roles within technical SaaS or AI-focused companies.
- Experience working with AI technologies such as voice AI, conversational AI, text-to-speech, or developer-focused products is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build adoption programs from the ground up, including onboarding frameworks, self-service resources, enablement materials, and scalable customer strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, define success metrics, and improve processes through data.
- Systems-oriented thinker who naturally looks for ways to automate workflows and increase efficiency using modern AI tools.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of mid-market or commercial customers at scale.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership, and thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
