Role responsibilities
Assist Field & Customer Quality Engineers in quality improvement projects and support root cause investigations related to customer-facing quality issues. Manage quality-related initiatives from identification through resolution, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 0 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related technical environment, along with a BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
