Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end product planning and delivery, translating regional and global requirements into structured, actionable roadmaps.
- Drive product development for payment applications across multiple markets, ensuring compliance, usability, and scalability.
- Identify and prioritise processor and payment network integrations that enable geographic expansion and commercial growth.
- Partner closely with engineering and professional services to sequence delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure on-time execution.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to support customer discussions, scope solutions, and ensure feasibility of commitments.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and ensure consistent execution across global teams.
- Proven experience owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder product roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of payments infrastructure, including processors, acquirers, PSPs, or merchant ecosystems across multiple regions.
- Strong ability to engage in presales and customer-facing discussions with credibility and clarity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business value and vice versa.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery focus.
