- Job-Type: Part Time (20 hours/week) Tuesdays & Thursday
This is an hourly-paid position
SUMMARY
The American Ramstein Chiropractic (ARC) helps fill the needs of Americans stationed in the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The ARC provides a variety of different chiropractic treatments, to increase an effective health and lifestyle.
As demand for chiropractic services grow, the American Ramstein Chiropractic expanded its on-site medical services for you and your family.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be able to type with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Have the ability to read, speak and write English fluently.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
- Must possess experience with medical terminology.
- Be knowledgeable in general medical ethics, health records administration, telephone and email etiquette, excellent communications, and customer service skills, strong organizational background, and computer operations including Microsoft Windows and spreadsheet-type applications.
- One year of medical background required.
- US citizenship with SOFA status.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs administrative support services.
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments.
- Refers and advises military personnel, their families, civilians, and retirees on all facets of community resources.
- Provides ongoing and specialized reception, clerical coordination.
- Maintains accurate and complete records and files of documents to include all U.S., German, and local regulations, standards, provisions codes, laws, etc.
This position is not eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
