Accountabilities:

    • Own and evolve the end-to-end hardware product portfolio, including lifecycle management from launch to deprecation
    • Define and drive multi-quarter product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and merchant needs
    • Lead full product development cycles, including discovery, requirements, vendor selection, testing, launch, and iteration
    • Work closely with merchants to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate insights into product direction
    • Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines, using field data to drive improvements
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver successful launches
    • Ensure hardware solutions meet performance, reliability, and profitability goals at scale
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of Product Management experience in hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environments (devices, POS, peripherals, or similar)
      • Proven experience delivering at least 1–2 full hardware product launches end-to-end
      • Strong understanding of the full hardware lifecycle: discovery, design, validation, launch, iteration, and deprecation
      • Experience with retail or hospitality ecosystems (POS, payments, kiosks, mobile POS, or related workflows)
      • Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams
      • Strong product thinking with ability to translate user insights and data into clear product decisions
      • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, unit economics, and operational insights
      • Excellent communication skills with ability to align stakeholders in complex environments
