About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce Legal Shared Services (LSS) is building out a Mexico City team to serve as its legal support hub — expanding its capacity to handle the transactional and operational work that keeps the legal organization running. This role is designed for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who wants to grow inside a fast-moving legal team without being an attorney.

About the Role
As a Legal Shared Services Analyst on the Legal Shared Services Support team, you will own the execution of a wide range of legal support tasks — from contract review and data privacy requests to revenue-critical troubleshooting in Salesforce. You will work closely with attorneys, process owners, and business stakeholders, bringing consistency, accuracy, and a strong service orientation to everything you touch.
This role requires someone who can follow structured processes precisely and also navigate work that is less defined — adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality standards. You are not expected to provide legal advice, but you will develop deep expertise in the legal services you support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute diverse daily operational tasks across the team's portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery and quality standards
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholder questions on existing contracts, escalating to attorneys when legal judgment is required, and identifying and resolving contract record issues to support deal closure
  • Track and manage contract workflows from intake to execution
  • Assist with review, processing, and drafting of standard commercial agreements (SOWs, sponsorship agreements, NDAs, and order forms) in support of attorney-led workflows, utilizing established playbooks and standard forms
  • Process privacy requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) end-to-end in accordance with established procedures
  • Locate, retrieve, and troubleshoot legal contract records in Salesforce CRM
  • Manually file and archive agreements executed outside of the standard e-signature process, ensuring accurate records and SOX compliance
  • Execute work to consistently high quality standards — accuracy and attention to detail are non-negotiable
  • Identify process improvements or automation opportunities in your day-to-day work and partner with stakeholders to implement

  • Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in a legal, operations, or professional services environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail with a proven track record of accurate, quality output
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple work types and shifting priorities
  • Professional discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity, pattern recognition, and continuous learning
  • Ability to navigate and function effectively through ambiguity
  • Critical thinking and information literacy — able to locate and evaluate information, ask the right questions, navigate ambuiguity, and know when to escalate.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (or demonstrated ability to become proficient quickly), Microsoft Office, and/or Google Suite

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or legal process outsourcing organization
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
  • Familiarity with data privacy requests (DSARs) or other compliance frameworks and workflows
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other enterprise business systems
  • Exposure to process improvement methods or structured quality frameworks
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, or reporting tools — you like knowing whether the work is on track
  • Experience reviewing or supporting the review of commercial contracts

This is not a role for someone who wants to process the same tickets in the same way every day. The Mexico City team is being built to take on work that previously fell through the cracks — high-judgment, varied, and consequential. You'll be working directly with attorneys and Service Owners who are invested in your development, and you'll be part of a team that's actively rebuilding its reputation for quality. If you're someone who takes pride in doing legal support work exceptionally well, this is the place to do it.
