As a Concessions Food Runner, you will be responsible for supporting concession operations by ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, and supplies between storage areas, kitchens, and concession stands. This role is critical for maintaining efficient service during events and ensuring all stands are stocked and operational. This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$17.50 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until September 25, 2026. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders from kitchen and warehouse areas to concessions locationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of food pickup and delivery stationsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff and concessions attendants to coordinate order readiness and resolve any discrepanciesVerify order accuracy and presentation before delivery to ensure quality standards are metAssist with restocking supplies and condiments at concession stands as neededFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulationsProvide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptlySupport concession operations during peak hours by helping with basic prep, packaging, or cashier duties when requiredMonitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisorsUphold venue policies and contribute to a positive guest experience through professional conduct and teamworkCommunicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.Other...
