Accountabilities:

    You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance graphics systems across game projects, ensuring visual quality and technical efficiency.

    • Design and implement scalable rendering solutions focused on performance, maintainability, and visual fidelity
    • Develop and maintain graphics features such as shaders, lighting systems, shadows, scene management, and rendering pipelines
    • Profile and optimize GPU/CPU performance, identifying bottlenecks and improving runtime efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art, design, production, and QA to deliver high-quality visuals
    • Debug and resolve complex rendering issues across multiple hardware platforms and devices
    • Extend existing graphics systems to support new hardware, platforms, and technical requirements
    • Contribute to technical planning, milestone delivery, and production schedules
    • Support prototyping of new visual technologies and game design ideas
    • Requirements:

      You bring strong experience in real-time graphics programming within the video game industry, along with deep technical expertise in rendering systems.

      • 3+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least one shipped title in a rendering/graphics role
      • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
      • Strong proficiency in C/C++ with solid understanding of performance optimization and debugging
      • Hands-on experience with graphics APIs such as DirectX11, OpenGL 4.0, or Vulkan
      • Strong knowledge of shader programming, GPU pipelines, and rendering architecture
      • Experience with GPU/CPU profiling tools and optimization techniques
      • Understanding of Physically Based Rendering (PBR) principles and modern rendering techniques
      • Ability to research, prototype, and implement new graphics technologies independently
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
      • Bonus: experience with Unreal Engine, ray tracing techniques, VR platforms, modern consoles, and SCM tools such as Perforce or Plastic SCM
