Accountabilities:
- Lead the performance and operations structure of the agency, overseeing teams, clients, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams including media buyers, designers, copywriters, social media, and account managers.
- Implement management rituals such as meetings, one-on-ones, feedback cycles, and performance follow-ups.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Review and guide paid media strategies, ensuring technical excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize operational processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve productivity across all delivery areas.
- Participate in strategic client meetings, especially in high-stakes or performance-critical situations.
- Reduce operational dependency on founders by structuring autonomous and scalable processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.
- Proven experience working in agencies or multi-client marketing environments.
- Prior leadership experience managing marketing, performance, or operational teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, tracking, pixels, and conversion systems.
- Experience managing performance through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and structured reporting.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to give feedback, manage performance, and develop team members.
- High level of autonomy and decision-making capability in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with operational and strategic thinking.
