Accountabilities:

    The Regional Sales Manager will own revenue growth across assigned enterprise accounts by developing strategic relationships, expanding solution adoption, and driving successful customer outcomes. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong account planning capabilities, and close collaboration with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.

    • Drive growth within assigned accounts through cross-selling, upselling, new product adoption, and identification of additional business opportunities.
    • Build and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer priorities, business objectives, and solution value.
    • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers, to understand needs and influence purchasing decisions.
    • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, pipeline development, negotiation, forecasting, and closing activities.
    • Own renewal planning and execution by identifying risks, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring customer retention.
    • Collaborate with sales, customer success, engineering, professional services, marketing, finance, and partner teams to deliver successful customer experiences.
    • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM and sales systems, including contacts, opportunities, forecasts, and business insights.
    • Promote solution awareness, strengthen market presence, and share customer success stories.
    • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support product, process, and service improvements.
    • Manage complex enterprise accounts with significant revenue responsibility and engage with senior customer stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with strong cybersecurity, technology, and consultative selling expertise. This role requires the ability to manage complex customer environments, communicate business value, and successfully drive strategic sales initiatives.

      • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise sales, technology sales, or related fields.
      • Expert-level experience managing complex accounts and selling software solutions in a business-to-business environment.
      • Strong understanding of customer decision-making processes, business objectives, and industry challenges.
      • Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
      • Advanced presentation, negotiation, financial, and business acumen skills.
      • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, sales cycles, and software value propositions.
      • Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
      • Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, leadership, and accountability for results.
      • Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
      • Experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
