We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies 8–10+ years of relevant credit analysis experience, with strong technical skills in accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, capital structure, debt documentation, and relative positioningStrong understanding of utility regulation, regulated business models, and sector-specific credit drivers; investor-owned utility or power sector experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, persuasive credit viewsSound judgment, intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team environmentDemonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships, including with senior management teams, and represent Moody's credibly with external audiencesProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
