Your role and responsibilities
【岗位概述】作为客户成功经理,你将与客户建立深度协作关系,核心推动IBM 产品落地应用与增购扩容,加速客户价值兑现。同时,携手客户挖掘增购及交叉销售商机,并全程保障客户续约流程的无缝衔接,筑牢长期合作根基。 【主要工作职责】 * 驱动产品深度落地应用 * 协助客户完成产品权益激活,组织业务场景专题研讨会;牵头制定可量化的业务目标,通过精细化运营推动客户价值最大化实现。 * 定制客户专属成功计划 * 协同客户方业务赞助人及核心利益相关者,量身打造包含部署路线图、关键里程碑、预期收益在内的客户成功计划,确保合作方向清晰、成果可控。 * 深挖增购扩容与交叉销售商机 * 基于客户现有产品及服务使用情况,通过深度需求沟通,精准识别向上销售与交叉销售机会,助力业务增长。 * 保障续约全流程无缝体验 * 与订阅及续保销售代表紧密联动,全程跟进客户续约生命周期,确保流程顺畅高效,提升客户续约满意度与忠诚度。 * 成为客户信赖的业务顾问 * 深入洞察客户核心业务痛点,在其数字化转型及 IBM 技术矩阵应用过程中,担当值得信赖的顾问与引路人,为客户决策提供专业支持。
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
* 计算机科学、信息系统等相关专业,或具备同等技术工作经验。统招研究生及以上学历优先,985/211 院校背景者优先考虑。 * 客户导向意识:善于提出开放式问题,精准把握客户需求,针对性解决业务痛点。 * 技术敏锐度:熟悉各类技术知识与行业前沿趋势,能够结合技术手段解决实际业务问题。 * 团队协作能力:具备良好的团队协作精神,可灵活适配不同的沟通模式。 * 出色沟通能力:拥有出色的口头表达、书面撰写及人际交往能力,表达内容兼具吸引力、说服力与影响力。 * 自我驱动力与问题解决能力:具备自发进取的内在驱动力与主动担当意识,同时能够整合数据资源、协调相关人员,独立探寻问题答案并输出切实可行的解决方案。
Preferred technical and professional experience
* 修读过编程相关课程或具备相关实践经验者优先考虑。* 具备客户销售或客户服务相关工作经验。
