You will own the product vision end-to-end, working closely with customers, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to build AI-powered capabilities that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.If you thrive at the intersection of AI, cloud security, customer engagement, and product strategy, this is an opportunity to shape the future of cloud-native security.What You Will Own Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aqua’s AI Agents platform and related capabilities Identify high-value use cases for autonomous and agent-assisted workflows across cloud security, operations, and developer experiences Work directly with customers, partners, and field teams to deeply understand pain points, validate assumptions, and uncover new opportunities Translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into differentiated product capabilities Drive both outbound and inbound product management activities, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer discovery, and product positioning Partner closely with Engineering, Security Research, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions Define success metrics and leverage product analytics to drive adoption, engagement, and business impact Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop compelling messaging, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies Prioritize investments and make informed trade-off decisions across customer value, technical complexity, and business impact Represent the product internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor for customers, partners, and industry stakeholders Requirements 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise software productsStrong business orientation with experience driving product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial outcomesExperience leading both outbound and inbound product management activitiesStrong technical foundation with the ability to engage in discussions around cloud architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and AI systemsProven experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating customer feedback into successful productsExcellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure product successStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teamsHigh ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environmentsNice to HaveExperience building or managing AI-powered products, copilots, agents, or workflow automation platformsFamiliarity with LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methodologiesBackground in cloud security, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or cloud-native technologiesExperience with Kubernetes, containers, and SaaS platformsMBA or equivalent business experience Apply for this job ...
