Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The Assembler III – Copper Installer is responsible for performing assembly, complex wiring, and copper fabrication operations required to produce subassemblies and final assemblies for Medium Voltage Control (MVC) equipment. This role ensures all copper installations, electrical connections, and mechanical assemblies meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The position also verifies the electrical and mechanical performance of completed assemblies.In this function you will:•    Construct, assemble, and repair copper layouts and related components.•    Fabricate and install layout copper to support customer-specific connection requirements.•    Ensure copper connections are properly braced and comply with all bracing specifications.•    Maintain required electrical and mechanical clearances throughout the assembly process.•    Install and wire electrical devices according to bills of material, wiring diagrams, and schematics.•    Perform visual and functional inspections to verify quality and compliance with specifications.•    Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment for self and others.•    Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, organized work area.•    Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications:•    High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution•    Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
