We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR that will handle the following :
- Management of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, IT, MLWF etc)and Legal/ Labour issues
- Ensure all branches fully compliant for Internal Audit
- Payroll complete process from input processing, to output generation, taxation and investment as per local statutory acts. Also managing the payroll of outsourced staff
- Management of the entire recruitment cycle for entry level positions including sourcing, interview co-ordination, interviewing, offer closure, reference check.
- The entire recruitment process to be managed as per the global recruitment policy on timely basis in the recruitment system available
- Overall responsibility as Generalist HR
Requirements
You will need to have :
- Academic Education: Graduate & Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- Experience - 6-5 years.
- Minimum 7 years' solid experience.
- With HR business partner experience in the shipping / Logistics / freight forwarder industry would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills and able to deal with staffs at all levels within the organization
- Familiar with local labor law, social benefits and Income Tax
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Hindi & Marathi
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
