Role responsibilities

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for enterprise hardware, including final assembly, system integration, and functional testing across a multi-site network. Drive operational excellence through strategic roadmap definition, capacity planning, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Requires over 10 years of management experience in high-volume manufacturing or datacenter operations and a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Must have extensive experience leading large multi-level organizations and managing contract manufacturing relationships for complex hardware.
