Organization Change Management Analyst, Assistant Vice President

Position Overview 

The successful candidate to join our Global Technology Services - Tech Platform Engineering & Operations (TPEO) team will be an energetic self-starter with the desire and proven ability to support Organization Change Management (OCM) and Communications efforts by applying OCM methodologies, leveraging and expanding on our change champion team to ease the organization through various global end-user technology modernization changes. They will have an excitement for helping facilitate new working realities for the user community’s digital experience. 

 

Primary Responsibilities  

  • Support the Global End-User Digital eXperience (GEUDX) Organization Change Management (OCM) and Communications team by applying a structured change management framework 
  • Understand overall transformation program goals and the effects of the upcoming changes 
  • Support and help maintain the Change Network, acting as a liaison between the project team and users 
  • Assist in defining the scope of the change management effort through active participation in multiple workshops, meetings, and individual sessions to help ensure the change results effectively meet the transformation program goals and objectives 
  • Prepare and conduct pulse surveys, in-person and virtual end-user events for service walk throughs, and discovery sessions with users to help uncover and map the user experiences, perspectives, pain points, expectations, and needs leveraging formal and informal approaches 
  • Analyze findings and create comprehensive recommendations for improving user experience 
  • Develop journey maps, storyboards, messaging, and training materials including videos 
  • Contribute to the overall change management plan including strategy, job aids, training plan, user readiness plan, communications plan, adoption risk mitigation plan, etc… 
  • Conduct roundtable alignment sessions as a feedback loop and stakeholder workshops 
  • Communicate the transformation program story through multiple channels including presentations, meetings, and informal conversations building organizational understanding about the changes to help enable a successful transformation and accelerate user adoption and increased satisfaction 
  • Assist with preparing dashboards that track transformation change management KPI’s 

 

Requirements 

  • Energetic self-starter who is a detailed and organized critical thinker and problem solver 
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to influence and represent perspectives of others 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including public speaking while tailoring the messages to the specific audience 
  • Good listening skills 

Preferred Skills

  • Creative and effective branding skills 
  • Team player able to work collaboratively and effectively with others in IT and the business at all levels of a global organization 
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, human resources, psychology, information systems, or a related study (or equivalent work experience) 
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification or designation desired 
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change programs/projects 
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools 
  • Understands the components and value of a mature change management process 
  • Ability to provide direction and support developing a change strategy 
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tool suite 

Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office

Minimum Salary:

zł182,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
