Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will lead the design, activation, and optimization of advanced audience strategies while ensuring strong alignment between data, analytics, and client outcomes:

    • Design and execute audience strategies using identity resolution platforms, first- and third-party data, and segmentation frameworks to support acquisition, retention, and cross-sell use cases.
    • Build scalable audience models based on behavioral, demographic, financial, psychographic, and lifecycle attributes.
    • Develop and deploy predictive models, including propensity, lifetime value, and lookalike modeling, leveraging structured data assets.
    • Translate client objectives into structured targeting frameworks and activation-ready audience segments across digital, email, and direct mail channels.
    • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on data assets and identity solutions, supporting teams with complex audience design and troubleshooting.
    • Define, track, and optimize performance metrics such as match rates, conversion rates, scalability, and ROI to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and governance frameworks, applying data minimization and responsible data usage principles.
    • Partner with sales, analytics, data science, and activation teams to deliver client-ready insights, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in identity-driven marketing, advanced segmentation, and data-informed audience strategy:

      • 7–12 years of experience in data-driven marketing, audience strategy, marketing analytics, or identity-based activation roles.
      • Strong expertise in identity resolution concepts, third-party data ecosystems, and audience segmentation frameworks.
      • Proven experience building and activating audiences across digital media, programmatic platforms, direct mail, and email prospecting channels.
      • Advanced understanding of predictive modeling concepts such as propensity scoring, LTV modeling, and lookalike audience development.
      • Familiarity with data onboarding, enrichment workflows, and identity frameworks (e.g., hashed identifiers, MAIDs, postal linkage).
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical, analytical, and business stakeholders.
      • Experience working in cross-functional, client-facing environments with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
