Sr Adv Supplier Quality Engnr
As a Sr Adv Supplier Quality Engr here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving supplier performance improvement, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply chain.
In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting supplier audits, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to address quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywells quality standards
- Conduct supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Evaluate supplier capabilities based on Honeywells quality requirements and industry standards
- Monitor supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to help them meet Honeywells quality requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive supplier performance improvement and resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and partnership
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in conducting supplier audits and performing root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and requirements.
WE VALUE

- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in leading supplier performance improvement initiatives.
- Six Sigma certification or knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
- AS9100D Knowledge
- Strong project management skills.
