As a Marketing Manager, you’re not just executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have 1 year of experience in marketing (required)
- Have experience working in a hotel setting (preferred)
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Execute hotel marketing strategies: Support the design and rollout of property-specific campaigns across digital channels, social media, and branded platforms to drive visibility and revenue.
- Stay up to date on industry trends: Monitor emerging marketing tools, technologies, and consumer behaviors relevant to the hotel industry and target audiences
- Report on campaign performance: Prepare and deliver monthly performance updates and marketing analyses to Sales and Revenue Management teams
- Support cross-functional initiatives: Partner with department leaders to execute targeted campaigns that drive revenue and guest engagement

- Extensive knowledge of marking communication mediums but not limited to traditional, digital, and social channels.

- Excellent written skills sufficient to produce internal/external sales and marketing communication.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively navigate the enterprise and communicate with department heads, executive committee members, team members and corporate leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve deadlines.
- Media buying experience, both traditional and digital.
- Software/Program Skills/Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
- Social Sites and other applications
- CMS platforms
- Digital analytics
Experience:
- 1-2 years of combined marketing, advertising, and/or eCommerce marketing experience
- Prior experience analyzing marketing and eCommerce reports
Prior hotel/travel industry experience preferred, but not required
