JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

About the Role

Own the end-to-end Vendor Data Management function: the people, the processes and the platforms that keep vendor data accurate, compliant and audit-ready across every account and framework. You'll set the standards, lead the team leaders, and act as the senior point of accountability to the Sourcing & Procurement organisation — turning a high-volume operation into a strategic, data-driven capability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the operational function — manage a multi-site team (Team Leaders and Coordinators), deliver the full VDM scope (vendor onboarding, data quality, compliance) against SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements

  • Own technology and data — drive adoption and optimization of tools (Aravo, Jaggaer, Power BI, AI), safeguard data integrity, use analytics to anticipate risk and inform strategic decisions

  •  Be the senior point of contact — handle escalations for Sourcing teams and key stakeholders, own compliance performance, design processes and documentation that enable independent operation

  • Build team capability and standards — develop Team Leaders, set clear expectations, plan succession, create an environment that drives engagement and retention

  • Take a strategic approach to operations — transform a high-volume function into a data-driven capability, proactively resolve systemic issues and continuously improve processes

Who We're Looking For

  •  Proven operational leader with experience managing teams (including Team Leaders) in SSC/BPO, shared services or procurement operations, with a track record in Supply Chain Compliance, Vendor/Contract Management or Procurement

  • Technology and change champion who has successfully managed system implementations and transformations at pace while maintaining service delivery standards

  • Assertive, accountable leader who sets firm standards, delegates with confidence, resolves complex problems independently, and escalates by judgment rather than default

  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness who can elevate focus from day-to-day execution to future direction, while building an engaged team environment where people feel valued and want to stay

  • Strong analytical and communication skills — confident interpreting data and acting on it, excellent English (written and spoken), highly organized and process-oriented with a calm, can-do approach under pressure

We offer:

  • Competitive Rewards & Benefits Permanent contract, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program

  • Flexible Work Environment Hybrid model in premium Warsaw Spire workspace with state-of-the-art facilities and metro access.

  • Career Development & Growth Robust development opportunities with 80% employee participation in structured programs, AI upskilling, and professional training.

  • Stability & Recognition 78% employee recommendation rate, recognized for 18 consecutive years as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies.

  • Inclusive & Supportive Culture Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across multiple employee resource groups and initiatives.

  • Global Perspective 60 nationalities and 40 languages represented, offering rich cultural exchange and collaboration opportunities.
