**Key Requirements:**
- **Minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience in full stack development.**
- At least 4 years of experience with React.js, including a deep understanding of React Hooks.
- Strong experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MariaDB.
- Proficient in Node.js and extensive experience with frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Experience with noSQL such as MongoDB is a bonus.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services.
- Proficient in using Git for version control.
- Project Management skills is a must.
- **Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.**
**Responsibilities:**
- Breaks down business and product requirements into manageable tech tasks
- Independently handles deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Owns end-to-end implementation of large features or modules
- Performs code reviews and enforces coding standards
- Collaborates with team members and mentors junior devs
- Communicates clearly in internal discussions (client interaction not mandatory)
- Anticipates risks or blockers and flags them early
- Suggests architectural improvements and refactoring opportunities
- Ensures code follows best practices and is production-ready
