Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to identify, engage, and recruit new dealer partners across underpenetrated and strategic markets.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of dealer prospects and potential acquisition targets aligned with long-term growth objectives.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with dealers and industry stakeholders, including potential future acquisition candidates.
    • Present and position indirect product offerings and programs to prospective partners, ensuring strong value articulation and qualification.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and M&A, to align pipeline development with business objectives.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements as a key market ambassador.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support revenue and EBITDA growth targets.
    • Support ongoing market expansion efforts by identifying new partnership opportunities and channel development strategies.
    • Ensure consistent communication, follow-up, and relationship management across the dealer ecosystem.
    • Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining organized, timely, and high-quality sales execution practices.
    • Requirements

      • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel/indirect partner management.
      • Experience in point-of-use (POU), water systems, industrial equipment, or related industries is preferred.
      • Proven ability to build relationships quickly and manage long-term partner engagement strategies.
      • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
      • Experience working in quota-driven, performance-based sales environments.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
      • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, results-driven environment.
