Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant Associate supports daily airport operations by providing administrative, payroll, financial, HR, and customer service support. This role works closely with the Site Manager to coordinate office activities, assist with onboarding and payroll, maintain records, and support customer work orders in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
Must be eligible for airport security clearance
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and serve as a point of contact for staff, customers, and vendors
Assist with payroll, timekeeping, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
Support HR functions including onboarding, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records
Coordinate customer service requests and track work orders
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company and airport policies
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or related experience
Experience with payroll systems (UKG), Workday, or financial reporting
Background in HR support, customer service, or fast-paced operations

Pay Range:
$35,100.00 - $52,900.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
