Job Description:

At Regions, the Mortgage Regional Production Manager manages several Mortgage Production Managers within a specific region.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages regional production and strategic goals

  • Resolves escalated issues regarding loan files from Production Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators

  • Assists Production Managers in the development and coordination of sales activity plans

  • Provides oversight of loan production and financing for Mortgage Loan Originators

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and investor requirements

  • Monitors reports

  • Manages performance and the recommendation of incentive plans

  • Provides approval for exceptions regarding loan files and client satisfaction

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Eight (8) years of mortgage lending, real estate sales, retail sales, or related experience

  • Four (4) years of management experience

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, translating organizational objectives into actionable initiatives that drive market growth, increased production, and enhanced customer experience.

  • In-depth understanding of mortgage financials, including P&L management, revenue generation, expense control, profitability metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting.

  • Demonstrated success leading multiple markets, branches, or production teams within a mortgage banking environment.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$44,646.25 USD

Median:

$168,540.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
