The Credit Card Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a technical and operational SME responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving production issues, and enabling controlled change delivery across credit card platforms. This role partners closely with Production Support, Technology, Vendors, and Business teams to ensure continuity of operations, rapid issue resolution, and compliant system enhancements that support customer experience and business performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Production Support & Stability: Provide day-to-day production support, ensuring system availability and data integrity. Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution. Monitor performance and SLAs; drive permanent fixes for recurring issues - Change & Risk Management: Execute system changes (pricing, rewards, bureau updates, product changes). Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and control requirements. Support production readiness and post-implementation validation. - Technical Analysis & Delivery: Translate business needs into requirements, technical flows, and solutions. Partner with technology and vendors (e.g., TSYS) on system configuration and enhancements. Support system integrations with core bank platforms. - Testing & Process Improvement: Develop and execute test plans and validation activities. Identify and implement automation and process improvements. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate issue status, risks, and impacts clearly across stakeholders. Act as a key liaison across business, technology, and operations teams. **Qualifications** - Core Experience: - Experience supporting production environments and incident management - Knowledge of credit card processing systems (TSYS preferred) - Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability - Technical & Analytical Skills - Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions - Experience with testing, data validation, and system analysis - Risk & Collaboration - Understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory requirements - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Tools & Education - Proficiency in Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint - Familiarity with Agile and JIRA preferred - Familiarity with AI tools such Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude preferred - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience **Hours & Work Schedule** - Hours per Week: 40 - Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
