As a Data Center Operation Construction Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Come and join us in CO+I and be at the forefront of the action!ResponsibilitiesData Center Build OperationsEstablish good working relationships with all the Construction stakeholdersAttend all Metro new build, expansion and retrofit project related design, construction, and commissioning meetings.Be the liaison between Construction and Operations (be the voice for Operations) and escalate any issues that could cause impactParticipate in all Construction/Operations walk throughs, as well as routine construction inspections during the buildsCoordinate and execute turnover operations, ensure turnover checklist is completed and validated, and all turnover artifacts are delivered on time.Document and report lessons learned from each projectService DeliveryAble to balance leadership, influence skills, supportive individual contributions, project management, and expertise in enterprise-level operations.Monitors services and KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and OLAs and reports trends and service anomalies.Keep track of all the latest and upcoming key milestones and deliverablesLeads key processes, such as team and triage meetings, prioritizes work across the team, and rebalances priorities to respond to changes.Standardizing infrastructure equipment, processes, and workflows through design, construction, and turnover of these world class facilities.   Assisting with new facility design & commissioning, coordinating to installation of core network infrastructures.Data Center Work Environment:Share best practices, assists others in learning role, process, procedures, and mentors othersPromotes a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of datacenter activitiesRealize the impact of change on othersLearn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values.  Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering successEmbody our culture...
