Job Description & Summary

As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

The Opportunity

As part of the Marketing team you will lead strategy and execution for our Private Equity practice, a key growth area in Financial Services. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders while remaining hands-on in execution, leveraging your knowledge in integrated marketing to drive impactful results. This role offers the chance to influence the marketing strategy for PwC's Private Equity practice, guiding on market positioning and delivering insight-driven, multi-channel campaigns that shape the future of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Private Equity sector
- Work with senior leaders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies
- Foster cross-functional relationships to support integrated marketing efforts
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their marketing skills
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
- Confirm alignment of marketing activities with PwC's overall brand strategy

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, including working with Private Equity, Financial Services, or professional services clients

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration/Management, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric preferred
- Demonstrating in-depth abilities as a team leader
- Operating as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders
- Possessing integrated marketing and thought leadership experience
- Utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution
- Being agile and resilient in fast-moving environments

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
