Influencer Marketing Managers: Paid Interview on Creator Discovery
What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on how marketing teams search for and vet influencers for active campaigns. We want to understand the exact methods, software tools, and internal processes used to build a roster of creators. This research helps map the current landscape of creator discovery and selection workflows.
How It Works
During a remote video call, you will walk us through your typical process for sourcing creators for a new campaign. You will share your screen to demonstrate the specific platforms, databases, or social tools you rely on daily. We will ask you to explain your evaluation criteria and how you ultimately decide who to pitch or hire. The conversation focuses heavily on your real-world workflow and recent project examples.
Who This Is For
We are looking for marketing professionals who actively manage influencer or creator campaigns. We welcome in-house brand managers, agency-side influencer specialists, digital PR coordinators, and social media strategists. You should have direct experience building creator lists and evaluating talent for specific marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
Describe your step-by-step process for discovering new creators
Demonstrate the tools and platforms you use to evaluate influencer metrics
Explain your criteria for selecting final partners for a specific campaign
Discuss a recent marketing initiative where you sourced talent from scratch
Who Should Apply
Active role in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital PR
Direct experience sourcing and selecting creators for brand campaigns
Familiarity with creator discovery platforms or manual scouting workflows
Comfortable walking through past campaign examples on a video call
Compensation
$250 one-time
