Project Management Specialist

About the Position: As the Project Management Specialist the incumbent will provide statistical analysis of work performed by the Engineering Division and assist with development of briefing packages. Incumbent will also independently determines technical course of action necessary to develop project scope of work, designs and cost estimates. Responsible for overseeing the complete project development and execution process. Coordinate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to investigate, plan, develop scopes, and design documents of assigned projects. The application of various engineering disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, petroleum, architectural, environmental, structural, and industrial. Develop briefing packages, information papers, and other presentation materials to summarize and/or defend project plans, progress, accomplishments, and problem areas. Coordinate scope of engineering requirements such as objectives, surveys of projects and programs, cost estimates, technical engineering, and conclusions and recommendations.
