A Day in the Life
As an intern in the Neuromodulation team, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a leading medical devices company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting commercial and administrative activities while learning how our work directly impacts patient outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how innovative therapies are brought to market and to contribute to real business processes, gaining meaningful exposure to the dynamic environment of a commercial healthcare organization.
Internship details:
· Start date: 1st September
· Location: Madrid, Spain
· Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months)
· Working hours: 40h/h
· Work model: hybrid
· Internship agreement
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Administrative and operational support, including coordination of processes related to ONIT, Ariba, proctors, logistics, and shipments.
· General support to the sales organization, ensuring availability and quality of the documentation needed for day-to-day activities.
· Coordination of material shipments (promotional and working materials) to ensure the commercial field team is adequately supplied and supported in their activities
· Support in backorder tracking and Follow-up and support in PO pending management and backlog resolution, contributing to improved billing and operational efficiency.
· Assistance with documentation related to field actions and corrective processes
Required Knowledge and Skills:
· Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
· Fluency in Spanish and communicative English
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Attention to detail
Would be a plus:
· Fluency in Portuguese
· Excellent organizational abilities with a customer-focused mindset
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
