Accountabilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key billing, support, and operational performance indicators.
- Identify emerging trends and provide insights that improve billing processes and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
- Apply statistical analysis, forecasting methods, and scenario modeling to evaluate potential business impacts.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to assess billing and customer support strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across billing, finance, support, product, and marketing to align initiatives with risk mitigation goals.
- Evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes on billing performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics.
- Provide actionable recommendations to reduce disputes, churn, inefficiencies, and financial risks.
- Document analytical workflows, methodologies, and data logic to maintain consistency and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within fintech, subscription businesses, billing, or customer support environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data analysis workflows.
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Curious, proactive mindset with strong ownership of data quality and analytical outcomes.
- Experience working with BigQuery, ClickHouse, or cloud-based data warehouses.
- Basic Python knowledge for data cleaning and exploratory analysis.
- Experience with subscription products, payment systems, disputes, chargebacks, declines, or fraud-related data.
