Global Sustainability Director, Operations & Value Chain Resilience
Role responsibilities
The Global Sustainability Director will lead the enterprise strategy to strengthen the resilience of McCormick’s operations and value chain systems. This includes defining and advancing an integrated approach to enterprise resilience, focusing on risk mitigation and sustainable performance.
Requirements
Candidates must have a BA/BS in Business, Social Science, or a relevant discipline, along with 10+ years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, or sustainability. A strong understanding of global supply chains, human rights due diligence, and the ability to lead enterprise initiatives is essential.
